    Most repairs are completed within 1–2 days.

    Turnaround is depending on the device and the type of issue. Some repairs may take longer if parts need to be ordered, but we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible.

  • We offer a 12-month warranty on most repairs. This warranty covers any parts we’ve replaced and the workmanship. Please note that accidental damage, liquid damage, and issues caused by misuse are not covered under the warranty.

  • Simply select your device model and the type of issue from our website. Then follow the steps to place your order. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your device to us. After the repair is complete, we’ll return it to you promptly.

  • No problem! If you're unsure about the issue, you can choose the “Diagnostic” option when selecting the problem. We’ll inspect your device and let you know what needs to be repaired and the cost before we proceed.
